In 1996 Hudig (UK) Limited was formed after the purchase of Van der Helm International Limited by the Hudig Veder & Dammers group of companies.

In 1997 Hudig (UK) went operational and has continued to expand since that date.

In 2002 Hudig (UK) Limited was purchased from the current owner, which at that time was The Royal Burger Group, with a view for continued expansion.

In 2009 Hudig (UK) had to stop trading the Hudig name as the new owers of the Hudig group in Holland wanted to expand independently. We subsequently changed our name to KWL Logistics.
